Welcome to the 2026-27 season, Randolph Soccer Club families!

We are at the start of another terrific travel soccer year for RSC.  Thank you to everyone for your patience with all the transition taking place coming out of NJYS’ adjustments to the age eligibility guidelines for this season.

From 8U-14U, we are fielding 13 full year teams in all for boys and girls this season.  We are projecting to field one high school age boys travel team that will play their league season in the spring of 2027.  Thank you to all those dedicated volunteers who have stepped up to help with team leadership for this year.

For anyone interested in getting involved with the club, new volunteers are needed.  Parent volunteerism is essential for club activities to take place.  Soccer familiarity is a plus, but it is not required to help.  Please reach out to any Board member for additional information on ways to get involved.  Click HERE to view the current RSC Board Member listing.

Welcome to Coach Kiley Gervasio who is joining RSC’s staff this season!  We are delighted to have Coach Niall Caldwell, Coach Steve Conlon, Coach George Mousis, Coach Scott Michalewsky, and Coach Stewart Smith returning as staff for 2026-27.

As we’ve done in the past, toward the end of the fall season, RSC will conduct an anonymous on-line survey that will be sent to all our families.  Please take the time to respond when you receive the email as the feedback provided is a valuable source of information and insight for those of us dedicated to managing the Randolph Soccer Club.

Finally, just a reminder about expectations for spectator behavior:  support your whole team, refrain from coaching (remove action verbs from your cheering), and understand that making decisions on the field, which will include making plenty of mistakes, is the optimal way for players to develop.  The league in which RSC teams play continues to emphasize the importance of all adults at youth soccer games modeling appropriate behavior. . . when winning, when losing, and all the ups and downs in between that come with competing.  Referee availability continues to be a challenge.  Youth travel soccer games cannot take place without officials; and poor spectator/player/coach behavior makes it harder to find and retain officials.  If you see an official with a neon wristband, please note that official is a minor and behave as if it is your child out there learning something new.
